3D Visualisation Collection

A curated set of photorealistic 3D visualisations produced for a private residential client ahead of the fit-out phase — covering the principal kitchen, a formal dining space, a master bathroom, and a home library. Each render was produced at full production resolution with path-traced lighting accurately simulating the daylight conditions of the property's specific orientation, as well as the artificial lighting rig proposed for the final installation. The renders served a dual purpose: as a client presentation tool enabling material and colour approvals before any orders were placed, and as a precise technical reference for the fit-out team during construction. The material boards illustrated in-scene include Calacatta marble slabs, warm oak veneer panels, honed concrete surfaces, and curated decorative objects — allowing every specification to be reviewed and confirmed with total confidence before commitment to purchase.
