Planned Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled visits are conducted at agreed intervals — monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual — following manufacturer and UAE regulatory maintenance schedules for each system.

Emergency Response
Our 24/7 operations desk coordinates emergency callouts with a 4-hour on-site response commitment. Critical failures are escalated immediately to senior engineers.

Reporting & Certification
After every visit, a signed completion report is issued to the client — detailing works performed, parts replaced, system readings, and any advisory recommendations.

Full lifecycle management of split units, ducted systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers — including filter replacement, refrigerant charging, duct cleaning, and seasonal commissioning.

Fire Safety & Suppression Systems
DCD-compliant maintenance of fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, FM200 suppression, fire pumps, hose reels, and emergency lighting — with annual inspection certificates issued to Abu Dhabi Civil Defence standards.

ELV & Building Management Systems
Access control, CCTV, structured cabling, intercom, public address, and BMS monitoring — system health checks, software updates, sensor calibration, and integration troubleshooting by certified technicians.

Civil & Fabric Maintenance
Facade repairs, roof waterproofing, external painting, tiling, plastering, door and window hardware, car park barriers, and general building fabric upkeep — keeping your asset in occupancy-ready condition year-round.
