We coordinate between client consultants, MEP engineers, and specialist subcontractors to ensure design information is issued on time and all interfaces are resolved before work commences.

Construction Execution
Works are executed to the agreed programme under daily site management supervision — with weekly progress reports, risk registers, and variation management maintained throughout.

Quality & HSE Oversight
Our ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 45001 safety plan are enforced on every site — with dedicated safety officers, daily toolbox talks, and regular third-party audits.

Completion & Handover
We manage the snagging and defects liability period, authority inspections, and final account settlement — delivering a fully documented, defect-free handover to the client.
