Site Survey & Assessment
We conduct a thorough survey of the existing structure to identify MEP positions, slab conditions, and any constraints that will shape the fit-out design and programme.

Design Coordination
Our team coordinates with the client's architect or provides interior design services directly — translating approved designs into a buildable fit-out package with full BOQ.

Procurement & Scheduling
All materials, fixtures, and specialist items are procured and scheduled for delivery in sequence to maintain site progress with zero idle time.

Fit-Out Execution
Category A and Category B works are executed by our dedicated teams — partitioning, ceilings, floors, MEP first-fix and second-fix, joinery, and all specialist installations.

Snagging & Commissioning
A rigorous snagging process is conducted before handover. All MEP systems are commissioned and tested; every surface is inspected against the approved specification.

Handover
We issue a full handover package including as-built drawings, MEP manuals, warranty documentation, and a complete photographic record of the completed space.

Complete occupier fit-out from partitioning and branding walls to bespoke joinery, specialist lighting, AV integration, and furniture installation — turning an empty floor plate into a fully operational space.

Turnkey Residential Fit-Out
End-to-end villa and apartment finishing: kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, flooring, paint, and MEP second-fix — managed under a single contract with weekly progress reporting and ISO 9001 quality checks.

Premium Stone, Marble & Specialist Finishes
Our procurement team sources marble, natural stone, solid wood, glass, specialist metals, and bespoke surface treatments — with established supplier relationships built over 30 years of UAE operations.

MEP Coordination & Commissioning
Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination from first-fix through commissioning — HVAC, fire alarm, sprinkler, LV/ELV, and plumbing systems installed, tested, and certified to UAE authority standards.
