Corporate Reception

A full design-and-fit-out commission for the public-facing reception of a corporate premises in Abu Dhabi, executed to exacting standards within a tight programme. The centrepiece is a floor-to-ceiling feature wall clad in bookmatched Calacatta Oro marble — its dramatic vein pattern running continuously across four panels and served by concealed recessed lighting that accentuates the stone's natural movement. The reception desk was designed as a sculpted object in its own right: a flowing curved form in warm cream-lacquered MDF with an integrated LED strip at the base that appears to float the desk above the polished porcelain floor. The ceiling combines a central cofferwork element with perimeter cove lighting in warm white, softening the proportions of the space and directing attention toward the marble backdrop. Hardware and metalwork throughout are finished in brushed champagne gold, bringing cohesion to the desk fascia, signage, and door furniture.
