Rooftop Living Renders

A comprehensive pre-construction visualisation commission for a rooftop residential extension. Our design team produced a full suite of photorealistic 3D renders across the bathroom, bedroom, and dressing room — each image meticulously lit to simulate natural and artificial light conditions at different times of day. Material boards were presented in-render, allowing the client to review stone slabs, tile patterns, fixture finishes, and joinery profiles in realistic context before a single item was ordered. The result was a confident, fully aligned material schedule that eliminated costly specification changes during the fit-out phase.
