The design philosophy centres on quiet luxury: materials that are beautiful at close inspection without demanding attention from a distance, and spatial sequences that feel effortless to inhabit over years, not just impressive at handover. The ground floor flows openly from entry to living to dining, unified by large-format natural stone in honed Sahara Grey with a deep-wire brushed finish that reads as almost fabric-like under changing daylight. The master suite on the first floor extends to a full spa bathroom — a deep sculptural soaking tub in a stone recess, a rain-over shower enclosed in frameless glass, a double vanity in bookmatched vein-cut marble, and a separate dressing room with illuminated joinery. Guest suites are each resolved with their own character — one in soft dusty blue with cerused oak joinery, another in warm terracotta with woven pendant lighting — ensuring the house reads as a considered home rather than a repeated specification.
